Expected Shipping Times

We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 7-10 business days, typically making our products over the weekend. We're a small company of one, so sometimes life gets in the way, so this can fluctuate.

If you need your order expedited to meet a deadline, please leave an order note or even better just send us a message to let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. 

International Orders Disclaimer

Please note that all international orders are shipped at the customer's own risk. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, customs issues, or lost packages that may occur during international shipping. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations, including any additional fees or taxes that may be incurred.

Excluded Countries

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items to the following countries:

• Germany: Due to the German Packaging Act. 
• South Korea: Due to the number of packages we've had lost.
• Russia: Due to their war crimes against Ukraine.
