Shop Policies

Expected Shipping Times

We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 5 business days. We're a small company of two, so sometimes life gets in the way, so this can fluctuate.

If you need your order expedited to meet a deadline, please leave an order note or even better just send us a message to let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

International Orders Disclaimer

Please note that all international orders are shipped at the customer's own risk. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, customs issues, or lost packages that may occur during international shipping. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations, including any additional fees or taxes that may be incurred.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Germany

Due to German Packaging Act (VerpackG), even the smallest international businesses must purchase an annual recycling license and file packaging reports before shipping any products into the country. Because our German order volume is extremely low, the mandatory yearly fees and administrative burden are disproportionate and not feasible for our small shop.

We may revisit this if demand meaningfully increases.

Russia

We oppose the ongoing aggression, authoritarianism, and human rights abuses carried out by the Russian government, as well as the immense suffering and displacement experienced by civilians as a result. As part of our values, we refuse to support or participate in commerce with regimes that inflict widespread harm and suppress fundamental freedoms.

This policy will remain in place unless conditions change dramatically and there is meaningful movement toward peace, accountability, and respect for human rights.

Israel

We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people, who continue to face devastating levels of violence, displacement, and humanitarian suffering. We are choosing not to engage in commerce with a region whose government’s actions have contributed to immense civilian harm and a long-standing system of oppression.

This is an intentional ethical stance rooted in human rights, justice, and the belief that businesses — even small ones — can choose not to be complicit, however indirectly. We will only reconsider this policy if there is a real and sustained shift toward equality, safety, and freedom for Palestinians.
